I can’t claim to have any real understanding of what is going on here but it is fascinating nonetheless. And visually/audially captivating!

Wow! I don’t understand this either, but the video and the last sentence of the blurb under the video raised my spirits and gave me some much needed hope: “Berry highlights the intricate biology that plays out inside each of us unseen, shaped by millennia of evolution.” A beautiful way to expand my sense of time–deepen my point of view.
