I am able to access the NYT via the public library, and this article touches me as a person who appreciates, values and embraces randomness, variability and the realities of biology.

This was a good read, borkali. I loved thinking about randomness as a tool, about how our bodies use it everyday and, extrapolating from that, its absolute necessity in, well, everything. I was intrigued that the artists mentioned both addressed the constraints of their randomness. And I loved this line –
“My randomness is very purposeful,” Pozanti says. “I wanted to keep a human element in the creation process, which is intuition.”
