These are the “bagels” my spousal unit made from Daniela’s recipe. Hmm…not ready for prime time, but at least they aren’t rock-hard so…progress. (That white stuff in the middle of one of them, I’m told, is egg white. Kinda got carried away with the wash.) They don’t taste bad & won’t go to waste.
