I highly recommend you take three minutes of your day and watch this startling film. True dark is a vast resource, lost to many of us. So much of our night sky invisible.
I watched this several times, just relishing the stars. Also, I turned off the sound half way through my first viewing and found it more enjoyable. Rather sink into the skyscape. I found the soundscape too overbearing.
Stars!!! Thank you for them, JNaz. This has stirred up my longing to go to a place with dark skies. It’s just incredible to see how much we’re missing above us at night. Over the years, the impression that the stars had been rubbed out has gathered strength. Rae Armantrout, we want the Moon and the Stars, too!

Oh yes, Teri, rubbed out is the perfect description. Get thee to a dark sky place…
