As promised from our Zoom meeting, here is the recipe I followed for Sourdough Bagels:
For my “everything seasoning” mixture I used Herbs de Provence, Montreal Steak Seasoning, Sesame Seeds, and dried onions. The only other change I made to my batch was I used a tablespoon of corn syrup and a tablespoon of maple syrup instead of barley malt (I didn’t have any in the house).
If you decide to try this recipe, please post your results! I’d love to hear about any other flavor topping you try out. I wonder if anyone would be adventurous enough to whip up some cinnamon raisin!
